Accommodation for some time has become a challenge to workers who are posted to the district to assist in delivering good health care. It is in this regard that the District Assembly lead by the District Chief Executive Hon. Kwabena Pannin Nkansah, initiated the construction of a four bed room semi-detached apartment for nurses in the district.

Speaking at the event, the District Chief Executive Hon. Kwabena Panin Nkansah expressed his happiness and gratitude to the chiefs and his elders for releasing a parcel land for such a big project and their continuous support to the Assembly. He further thanked all the stakeholders present for always making time to attend events organized by the Assembly.

 The District Chief executive made it clear at the ceremony that his office is ever ready to do all it can to make working in the district very comfortable for nurses who are posted to the district. He further added that even though the building cannot accommodate all nurses in the district but will continuous to add up and provide the necessary assistance to all the nurses in the district.

Madam Efua Afful who is the District Director of health express his gratitude to the DCE and Nananom for their support to her since she reported in the district to deliver her mandate, she added that the assembly has been of great support to her and the office through the pandemic till now.
