OPEN FORUMBelow are some of the issues that arose during the event• The Age benchmark extended to 50 years instead of 35 for both the bizbox project and the USTAT project because agriculture is what most of the elders know what to do best. • Can the documentation of the scholarship be done including payment of school fees within the period interval as to when the school admits the child and point of starting lesson.• Extension of electrical poles and meters • Water bodies in the community being contaminated by mercury and cyanide chemical as a result of mining activities. • Is the phase two of the project politically base.Below are some responds addressing the arose issues• The terms and condition for the USTAT and bizbox project is from headquarters and there is nothing can be done about it. What can be done for now is to send a recommendation towards that to headquarters• The documentation of scholarship, including the payment of school fee with that period of time is feasible• Communication will be done with ECG pertaining to the extension of electrical poles.• Phase two of the planting for food and jobs initiative is not politically based• Initiative has been implemented to resolved the contamination of water bodies due the mining activities. The event started at 3pm and ended at 5 pm with a closing prayer with photoshoot.
