On the month of June 12th, 2023, Atiwa East District Assembly led by the Honorable DCE, Kwabena Panin Nkansah engaged the chief of Anyinam and his elders together with the people of Anyinam. The purpose of the engagement was to commission a six-unit modern classroom for Anyinam Methodist School. The engagement started at 10: 00 am with a prayer from the residence pastor for Anyinam Methodist Church.
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony the DCE Hon Kwabena Panin Nkansah made it clear that the roofing of the old building was taken off by rainstorm two years ago and that the initial plan was to re-roof the existing but partly damaged building but after an extensive assessment by the district engineers it was observed and concluded that the rain has done much harm to the overall structure therefore the need to build a new class room block was conceived. The modern six-unit modern classroom was not meant to giving to the JHS students but rather for the students from basic 1-6. For this was his last words during his presentation.

The chief of Anyinam expressed joy and thanked the Government for such a beautiful structure and encouraged the DCE to do more. He also wished that the government will use the very same building plan and do the same for the rest of the communities across the country because of the complexity and the beautification of the school building.
Rev Perpetual who is the residence minister for Anyinam Methodist church also congratulated the Assembly for their concern when they were informed about the state of the building in 2021.
